  • Truck & rail micrometer driven X, Y stage utilizing high resolution micrometer drives for X, Y position
  • Stage equipped with an X, Y travel assembly utilizing heavy-duty 8" x 8" top plate with custom hole pattern to accept air bearing stage
  • Precise X, Y travel locking mechanism designed to maintain position within plus/minus 1.0 micron during activation of lock
  • Stage plates ground and lapped to ensure precise positioning of air bearing spindle
