Meeting
Your Needs Back in 1985, we found that commercially
available mechanical stages were simply unable to deliver the
precision and durability necessary for high-precision applications. So
we set out to design components and systems to meet these needs. Over
the years, we developed several unique and efficient designs which
evolved into many of our standard product lines.

High-precision
products require a specialized manufacturing process under tightly
controlled conditions. That's why we manufacture our stages in-house.
By recently tripling our computerized machine processing
equipment,we've fine-tuned this process to meet a balance of thorough
"built in" quality with cost-controlled manufacturing
efficiency.

inspection of materials before, throughout, and after manufacture
insures your system's optimum performance. Systems are subject to the
final stringent inspection of our quality assurance group before they

- Ultra-Precision In A Compact X-Y Stage Package!
Introducing the
JMAR-PSI Ultra-SlimLine Stage JMAR-PSI now offers the
Ultra-SlimLine (USL) Stage. Small on footprint and big on
precision, the USL offers a choice of 8 x 8 or 12 x 12 inches of
travel. Each axis has motor, limit, and encoder cabled to a single
connector bulkhead, and has the unique feature of completely enclosed
motors and internal cabling. It incorporates a vacuum-line system
throughout the stage. Designed with 3mm crossed roller bearing linear
guides.
The USL offers 7075-T6
construction and is NEMA 17 servo or stepper motor capable. Uses 1/2
inch precision universal thread lead-screws capable of right or
left-hand configurations. This low-profile stage is only 3.23 inches
high and this height advantage is ideal in a host of applications.
Provides the accuracy and reliability normally found in higher-profile
models.

Motor Stage
The
new JMAR Precision Linear Servo Motor (LSM) Stage is a low profile,
precision-grade stage with high rigidity yet lightweight structure.
The LSM Stage is a robust, industrialized, direct-drive linear
positioning system featuring brushless linear servo motor drive for
high dynamic performance. The LSM Stage addresses demanding
requirements for fast move-and-settle motion profiles as well as
smooth velocity control. A compact aluminum slide is guided via low
friction recirculating bearings.
